Our Warehouse Management Software (WMS) seamlessly integrates with multiple platforms and marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, Magento and many more. Your orders will be automatically downloaded into our system for quick and easy processing. Order notifications including tracking numbers will be communicated back to the platform for timely updates to your customers.

Multiple Courier Integrations

Cloud Based Inventory Management

We offer real time inventory management and order progress updates. You will be given your own client portal where you can see how much stock we hold, track the progress of your orders and make any amendments needed. You can also set inventory or sales reports to be sent periodically and set updates such as restock alerts so you never run out of your fast moving stock.

Returns Processing

We offer a UK based returns address for your customers to ship back to. We’ll inspect the returned items, take pictures and add the good stock back to your inventory. You can easily track your customer returns and make informed decisions on when to refund your customers.
